roasted "Pete's Greens," organically grown butternut squash, onions and sugar pumpkin blended with fresh Cold Hollow apple cider, spices, fresh herbs and a touch of Vermont cream

roasted fresh Misty Knoll all-natural turkey with apple and sausage stuffing, maple-glazed organic Vermont carrots, steamed petit peas, butternut squash, mashed potatoes and gravy

with a roasted shallot red wine au jus, oven-roasted locally grown organic new potatoes and haricot verts

Roast Pork Loin Jubilee

Tax & Gratuity is not included.

An 18% gratuity will be added to your final food and beverage bill.
This gratuity will cover all staff involved in making your Thanksgiving celebration special. If you prefer to determine your own gratuity, please inform your server.

Reservations are required!
A $75 advance deposit will be applied to a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) at the time of booking for confirmation. A cancellation fee of $75 will be applied to any reservation who cancels their MSDR holiday dining booking after November 22, 2008. This applies to all guests including those guests of the Green Mountain Inn who are staying on the Thanksgiving Holiday Package.
