The Inn offers a wide range of audio-visual and meeting equipment, as well as services to assist the executive traveler and group.

Audio-Visual Equipment:

  • Overhead Projector
  • Slide Projector
  • LCD Projector (client must provide laptop)
  • Two in-ceiling electronic screens
  • TV/VCR/DVD player
  • New sound system
  • Dry Erase/Flip Charts & Markers
  • Wireless Internet (client must provide laptop)
  • DSL Connection (client must provide laptop)
  • Adjustable dimmable lighting

Rental fees for any items from outside vendors will be determined based on rental cost plus a 20% service charge to cover coordination, transportation, setup and storage.
