For example: snowshoeing, cross country skiing (there are 4 touring centers in Stowe), skating, indoor tennis, shopping, and many more activities! Go on a Ben & Jerry's Tour - Need we say more? Ben & Jerry's is located just 10 minutes from Stowe on Route 100 in Waterbury. Tours are given daily. For more information please call the B&J's tour line at 802-882-1260.

Laughing Moon Chocolates Dipping Demonstrations & Tour - Handcrafted candy as an art form! Monday - Friday, 2:00pm. Tours daily from 10:00am - 5:00pm. Located on Main Street in Stowe. For more information call 802-253-9591.

Boyden Valley Winery Tours - Boyden Valley Winery is part of a fourth-generation farm in the pastoral Lamoille River Valley. Also on site: corn maze, ice cream stand, Milk House Market (featuring local food products), petting zoo, playground, music pavilion. Winery tours are at 11:30 and 1:00 daily. Stowe Recreation Path - A winding 5.3 mile paved path which begins behind the Community Church in the Village. Ideal for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, walking, jogging, in-line skating or biking.

U-Paint-It Pottery Studio/The Painting Place - (one block from the Inn) Pottery studio where you can try your hand at painting pottery for yourself or as a gift for someone special. Kayak Rolling Lessons - Held in warmer months at the Waterbury Reservoir. Equipment & instruction included in fee. Wednesday evenings from 5:30 - 8:00 pm. Advance reservations needed. Cost is $35. Call Umiak Outfitters at 253-2317 for more information. 

Movies at the Stowe Cinema 3-Plex - Open evenings 7 days a week and for matinees on the weekends. Please call 802-253-4678 for the latest movies & show times.
